Policy for Returning Adult Product(s)
Please choose carefully before you buy as due to the OH&S Code of practice in relation to Hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange on used or 'change of mind' Sex Toys. Due to the variable customer personal demand, we can’t offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. However we can guarantee that we offer the accurate specifications and features about our products in description.
If a product is unopened the buyer will be required to pay postage. Item will need to come back as same condition - unopened, sealed and within the period of 14 days of purchase. All non-defective returns (for change of mind etc) must be registered posted with a tracking record at the cost of buyer.
For a limited time only, PayPal is offering subsidised return postage costs with returning online purchases. The postage cost incurred by you in returning the item(s) back to us may be refunded by PayPal. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products. If your product is found to be faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product, If we are unable to replace your product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of similar value.
NOTE: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
Before Returning Your Faulty Product
Before returning a faulty product, may we please ask you to follow a few simple testing procedures:
1. Make sure you are using the recommended batteries and that they are fully charged.
2. Make sure the batteries have been inserted into the product correctly
3. Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture (Dab the connectors with a dry cloth)
4. Make sure the security seal has been removed from the battery compartment
